As the name suggests this wonderful property was once a squash court in this lovely Victorian building. The accommodation is extremely stylish with full length window and double height ceilings creating an extremely light and modern space. There is an excellent open fire and beautifully designed kitchen as well as a mezzanine gallery complete with a baby grand piano! This is a very high quality modern duplex which will be a pleasure to return to following a day exploring the beautiful Trossachs.

For larger parties the Squash Court is adjacent to Gardeners Cottage so it is a good choice if you wish to holiday with another family or group but still retain a degree of privacy.

Open plan sitting/dining room with double height ceilings and open fire. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room with shower, wc and whb (suitable for the disabled). Kitchen.

First Floor
Minstrels gallery with seating area and piano. Double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Loch Ard with views of Ben Lomond is just a few minutes walk from the Squash Court. The National Park is a wonderful area with a multitude of leisure activities available.
