Rowan Cottage is a traditional country cottage, situated on the south side of Loch Tay with stunning views over the loch and the Perthshire countryside. The property has been upgraded and provides comfortable holiday accommodation all year round with its cosy electric heating and wood burner or open fire. This is a perfect base to enjoy all this lovely area has to offer, or alternatively simply enjoy the cottage’s peaceful location on a quiet single track road, and relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Activities:
- places of interest include Ben Lawers, (1214 m) Perthshire's highest mountain and the much photographed Falls of Dochart, at Killin, where there is a good selection of shops and restaurants
- walking and cycling start at the door and tenants may have the use of an adjacent tennis court by arrangement
- there is a choice of golf courses with half an hour's drive, water sports including sailing at Kenmore ( 10 miles) and fishing may be arranged locally
- centrally placed within Scotland, Rowan Cottage is a convenient base for exploring Glencoe and the west coast of Scotland, historic Stirling and the central belt as well as the sights of Perthshire
- free fishing in the centre section of the loch. Use of fishing boat with outboard (summer only)
