It is a perfect space to while away the evening and mull over the day’s events. There are doors from the sitting room onto a balcony with views over the garden and farmland beyond. The bedrooms are downstairs and the master benefits from French doors to the deck overlooking the garden.

If you can tear yourself away there is a lot to see and do in the area, Dawyck Botanic Gardens is only 3 miles away and Stobo Castle, Scotland’s only destination spa is only 4 miles away. Peebles, the historic Royal Burgh and market town is a short drive from the house or perhaps some sightseeing with Edinburgh only 30 miles away. This is a great holiday house – stylish, extremely comfortable, well located and with plenty of space so a perfect spot for a family holiday to remember. The pretty market town of Biggar is a 10 minute car journey away where supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc can be found and essentials can be purchased in the local village store of Broughton.

There is access via a hatch with a pull down ladder to a galleried sleeping area with a double bed. PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS IS LIMITED AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR THE INFIRM.
