With no television, and electricity coming from a generator Shepherd’s Cottage is somewhere to escape from it all and enjoy rare peace and quiet. The property is surrounded by an enclosed area of ground and beyond that is nothing but forests and moorland perfect for walking and bird watching.
This wonderfully secluded holiday cottage which has been well furnished and freshly decorated is an ideal spot for relaxing, painting, reading or writing. Settled on the North West tip on the beautiful Isle of Skye at the end of a single track road the former shepherd’s cottage enjoys sprawling sea views. Golden and Sea Eagles are regularly sighted here as well as dolphins and whales out at sea so binoculars are essential.
