The kitchen is well equipped and has a good farmhouse table for enjoying your meals. The comfortable bedrooms all come with built in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms and the ones on the top floor have the charming combed ceilings so characteristic of Highland cottages.

The gamekeeper from the estate can arrange fishing on the river Findhorn and point out to you a wealth of walks to be taken where birds of prey abound and red deer are certain to be spied. You are also in close proximity to the Cairngorm National Park where there are many attractions for all ages. If you plan a winter break, what better a base than this cosy cottage to come back to after a bracing days skiing.  For the less sporting, a visit to the whisky distillery at nearby Tomatin will provide a welcome distraction!
