Hallin is a beautiful little community in Skye’s north west peninsula of Waternish with unspoilt sea views; north to Ardmore Bay and south to Loch Bay, the inner isles Isay and Mingay and beyond to the western isles.
This former Hebridean croft has been upgraded to offer comfortable accommodation including a sun lounge but without loosing any of its warmth and charm and is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet this area offers; the bubbling burn, the birds on the wind, the countryside with it animals and that wonderful sea breeze. It is also the perfect base to explore the island from.
After a days touring you can enjoy an evening in front of the open fire or better still a seat in the sun lounge to enjoy the ever changing sea views, the outstanding craggy coastline and the many glorious sunsets.
Accommodation: Ground floor Lounge, sun lounge, 1 double bedroom (4ft bed), 1 twin/double clip link bedroom, kitchen/dining room, bathroom – bath with hand held shower, wc & whb.

Linen and towels no provided but can be if desired at the cost of £5.50 per person. Electricity included. Fuel for the open fire may be purchased at any filling station.
TV with sky, DVD, radio/CD, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Fenced garden and furniture.

Local facilities:
Stein with its jetty, just 3 miles down the road, has the oldest Inn on Skye that dates back to 1799. There is a seafood restaurant, craft shop and image gallery.
Dunvegan, 10 miles - Hotel, general store, post office, filling station and tourist board and while you are in the area Dunvegan Caste is open for visitors.
Portree, 25 miles is a busy thriving town with quality shops, hotels and restaurants and a lovely picturesque and busy little harbour.
