The house is spacious and light, and both house and garden have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
Whitehouse is easily accessible despite its rural location. Blairgowrie is only 20 minutes away, and Pitlochry with all its many attractions is 35 minutes drive across the beautiful Moulin moor. Heading further north Braemar is an hours’ drive through the dramatic mountains of Glenshee and the Grampians.
Closer to home, walkers will enjoy the access to the hills, moorland and hill lochs and there are many activities more locally too, in neighbouring Glenisla and in Glenshee, with rock climbing and canoeing centres nearby. Small children are well catered for with woods to explore, a swing and playhouse in the private garden. The Borland and Whitehouse estate on which Whitehouse is situated includes an organic farm with rare breeds such as highland cattle, belted Galloways and Hebridean sheep. Wildlife such as deer and red squirrels can also be seen, sometimes in the garden.
