Built as a traditional Scottish shooting lodge, Forest Lodge is situated in splendid isolation eight miles from Blair Atholl in the staggeringly beautiful Glen Tilt. Situated next to River Tilt which tumbles through rocky ravines and valley bottom, this property provides the ideal holiday accommodation for anyone to enjoy the Perthshire countryside. Long walks by day, then enjoy the fireside in the drawing room by night, with a glass of whisky or two!

Ground Floor: Drawing room with open fire, small sitting room, dining room, kitchen, utility, drying room, laundry, cloakroom with wc & whb, single bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom with deep old fashioned bath, wc & whb.
First Floor: 7 twin bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, separate wc, shower room (no wc), 2 further bathrooms with wcs.
Activities:
- The Lodge is surrounded by open grassy areas, ideal for children playing, and provides a most comfortable base for nature lovers and walkers.
- There is easy access to the Beinn A' Ghlo hill range and the pass over to Braemar and Royal Deeside provides spectacular scenery. For the energetic it is possible to walk up to Whitebridge and through the Lairig Ghru to Aviemore.
- The 8 mile track up to the lodge from the village of Blair Atholl is passable by car, with care.
- Fishing, pony trekking, shooting, stalking and guided hill walks/landrover tours can be arranged by contacting the estate office
- Access to Blair Castle and grounds free of charge.
