This beautiful, completely refurbished large holiday house is arguably in one of the best locations in Brodick, convenient for shops, restaurants, bars and within walking distance of the beach. The property boasts wonderful views to Goatfell and is ideal for large parties as it offers spacious comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests. Heathfield Cottage is attached to the house and although the properties are rented separately and each have their own entrance for slightly larger parties the cottage which sleeps four can be rented with the house if it is available.

Heathfield House has been extensively renovated to a very high standard and from the lounge, the master bedroom and the conservatory the guests can enjoy the views of some of Scotland’s most spectacular scenery. The large lounge is very comfortable and has a piano which can be used to provide evening entertainment! There is also a well equipped kitchen and utility room ideal for golf clubs and muddy boots and a separate attractive dining room perfect for lively dinner parties with double doors leading to the conservatory and a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs on the half landing there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with family bathroom that has a large walk in shower as well as a bath. There is also a separate toilet and wash-hand basin in this part of the house. Further upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, again with a bath and the added benefit of a large walk in shower. There are then further double and twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Offering comfortable accommodation in one of Arran’s most popular locations for large parties Heathfield House will be very hard to beat!
