A Cottages & Castles Gift Voucher is Great for Any Occasion!

Whether it's a birthday, Christmas or anniversary gift a Cottages & Castles Gift Voucher is perfect for any occasion. The voucher can then be redeemed against any holidays booked at one of our properties on our website or in our current brochure (see below for terms & conditions). We can then send the voucher and gift card directly to the lucky recipient or if you prefer to give it to them yourself we can send it to you. You can either pay by credit/debit card or send us a cheque (made out to Cottages & Casltes Ltd), a minimum purchase of £50.

You can print the form and either post it or fax it back to us, or alternatively scan it and email it back to us here. You can also call us on 01463 226 990. Once we have received your request we will then contact you for payment, please DO NOT give credit/debit card details by email.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

A voucher may be used only on a Cottages & Castles holiday property. It cannot be redeemed on any other purchase or exchanged/refunded for cash (either in full or in part).
To redeem your voucher against a booking call 01738 451 610, quoting the voucher number. The voucher must then be returned to: Cottages & Castles Ltd, Reay House, Old Edinburgh Road, Inverness, IV2 3HF.
The voucher is valid for any holiday with a start date within 2 years of the valid from date (date of purchase).
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any Cottages & Castles booking.
Where the cost of the booking is less than the value of the voucher, no cash refund will be given.
Vouchers which are lost or damaged can only be re-issued following proof of purchase. There will be a £20 administration fee per voucher replaced.
