Number 55 Cumberland Street is a spacious 1st floor Georgian flat situated in a quiet street in Edinburgh's New Town.  It has been recently completely and sympathetically refurbished to provide elegant accommodation of the highest standard, which is both welcoming and comfortable.  A bright spacious sitting/dining room, with original cornicing, marble fireplace, leather sofas and wooden floors, is the perfect room for relaxing or socialising, whilst the kitchen/diner is fully equipped with top of the range appliances and enjoys a sunny south facing aspect overlooking the quaint mews houses of the lane behind.  Two delightful bedrooms, again bright and airy, are tastefully presented and provide a restful retreat after a day of enjoying the sights and sounds of Edinburgh.
