A great location, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The Old Manse is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The Steading has comfortable beds, but the bedrooms are at either side of the building with only outdoor lockable entrances. There are good walks nearby eg along the river.

We had a great week at The Manse. Both the main house and The Steading were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the showers excellent! Wonderful views from both properties. Brilliant location for the mountains and local towns/villages.

The Old Manse and Steading were perfect for our extended family group for Christmas. The kitchen was so well equipped for catering for the large group. The only (very small) thing that could be improved were the bellows for the fire in the sitting room which didn't work at all. Luckily one of our guests brought theirs from home when we realised theRead morey didn't work. As I say, the house was absolutely perfect for us but I thought it would be helpful for you to know about the bellows. Hide
