This is an imposing but welcoming house with a large stone-flagged and pillared entrance hall, a stylish two-storey hanging staircase and several beautifully light and spacious oval rooms. Picturesque views of the garden and surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from every room. The house has been imaginatively refurbished and decorated in a light and occasionally quirky style, with fine fabrics and a selection of antiques dotted throughout. There are two double rooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom, a king-size room with an en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms, including one built into the oval of the building. There is also an additional bathroom.

Finally, the second floor offers three more bedrooms: two double rooms including one oval room with gorgeous hand-painted walls, and a twin room. There are also two bathrooms on the second floor.

Going outside, you can unwind in the delightful gardens which feature extensive lawns and flowerbeds. You can also explore the surrounding estate woodland. The River South Esk runs through the grounds, and you may be lucky enough to spot deer from time to time. Ample parking is available.
