We booked this to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays. The location was stunning and looking at the view out of the living room windows was unbeatable. Having no WiFi can be jarring for a lot of people but we loved that we had time to read books and watch dvds as a family. Bedrooms were cosy and warm, the quiet was wonderful and we loved justRead more feeling at peace for a whole week. Would definitely come back again. Hide

Cottage is in a lovely secluded area, good view in between the trees and tidy around the outside of property. The cottage could do with being updated to make it look cleaner. Disappointing that there is mould on walls and on flooring in the bathroom. Double beds too so a tight squeeze. Close to Gairloch itself for shops etc which is good. A basic cRead moreottage. Hide

A really cozy cottage with a lot of character. Great views from the living room and on a clear day you can see the Torridon mountains from the garden. We had a lovely family holiday over Easter with this cottage as our base.

Stunning views from the property and garden. Good base for walks and visiting town or beyond. Quirky layout of the separate living room. We did adapt to this quite quickly though. Rustic interior bedrooms . Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Very cosy and relaxing when settled in.

Not worth staying here. As others have said it's very hard to find. Even after calling to find out where to go we still ended up missing it. It was very clean, practical and comfortable and the unusual layout did not bother us at all. We especially enjoyed its quiet and secluded setting with views of distant mountains.

A great private little cottage with everything you need for your stay. Thoughtfully equipped (dont forget your towels) Excellent location for the beach and walking trails nearby. There is a local mini supermarket and a cafe at the caravan park which is a walking distance. A nice fish and chips and Chinese takeaway in Gairloch just a few miles away.
