Set back from the picturesque shore of Whiting Bay, this beautifully renovated family home commands breathtaking views over the sea. Four spacious bedrooms make this a comfortable and enviable spot for up to seven guests, so it's an ideal spot for family get-togethers, while its beachfront location is sure to delight groups of boating enthusiasts and keen kayakers.

The two-storey home has a homely aesthetic, welcoming you from the moment you step through the door. Soft neutral tones and large windows help fill each room with light and space. From three of the bedrooms, you will wake up to the wonderful sea views, creating a sense of calm from dawn to dusk.

Relax in the large lounge, where there is plenty of room for the whole party to unwind and plan the next day’s itinerary before settling down in front of a film on the TV. For additional space, retire to the sunroom overlooking the mature gardens - a great spot to retreat with your favourite book. Dine together in the fully equipped kitchen/diner before retiring to bed. The single bedroom can also be found on the ground floor, as well as a disabled access shower room and separate WC.

Head up the carpeted stairs to the three further bedrooms - one super king-size, one double and one twin - all designed and decorated with comfort in mind to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The house also has a family bathroom with a shower over the bath on the first floor.

Breathe in the fresh sea air from the private, enclosed garden, where you’ll find garden furniture for al fresco dining or sipping your morning coffee. It’s also a great spot to savour any rare Scottish sun! Parking is available on the driveway, accessible from the side of the property, with further on-street parking available nearby.

My wife and I rented the Grahamfield for a week. Both of our sons came with their partners for a part of the week. My oldest son and his partner brought our seven week old grandson for his first visit to Arran. Grahamfield was excellent for this larger family gathering. This is our second time at Grahamfield and we will definitely be back.

A very well equipped, warm and comfortable house. The location is perfect, very near the start of the waterfalls walk. The fridge freezer big enough for food for 7 which makes a nice change. So nice to have a welcome gift. Lovely big Smart TV for those evenings in that you have to have when travelling with small children. Essentials like sugar, teaRead more, plastic bags, cling film etc are supplied which was most appreciated. Thanks for a lovely stay. Hide
