With the three internationally-renowned golf courses of Turnberry within 3 miles, this is a wonderful getaway for keen golfers. This refreshing, inviting and relaxing property makes a lovely base for a tranquil holiday, with the majestic Galloway Forest Park a few miles inland, and stunning views across the sea to the Isle of Arran.
The open decked area leads you into the light and inviting open-plan living area of this chic and appealing bothy. You can curl up on the comfortable sofa at the end of a great day out, and spend an evening catching up with a good book or watching a favourite film on the TV. The thoughtfully-designed kitchen area is kitted out with a range of equipment so you can prepare all your favourite meals. There’s also a useful dining area at the centre of the room which provides the ideal spot for a romantic dinner. The bothy also offers a cosy double bed and a handy shower room complete with shower and WC.
Outside, the spacious decked area provides beautiful far-reaching views over the Firth of Clyde and towards the craggy granite islet of Ailsa Craig and the majestic Isle of Arran, along with the Mull of Kintyre and Northern Ireland. The covered hot tub is perfect for relaxing in, and you can also enjoy a BBQ. Ample off-road parking can be found next to the lodge.
