Cottage is in centre of village. By the stream. Walking distance to Meldrum's Hotel for a lovely lunch or dinner. We were gifted a bottle of wine and a huge basket of logs to start off our stay. Very generous and much appreciated. Very comfortable beds. Well appointed bathroom. Central heating made it very cosy. It was perfect.

This cottage is in an ideal location- close enough to a lovely village to be within walking distance of pubs and shops, but tucked back a bit so that it is very quiet and secure. St. Andrews, Dundee, and Perth are a short drive away. The cottage is very sweet and cosy and the hosts are lovely.

Baltilly Cottage is a terrific place for a restful break. Comfortable and warm (a lovely woodburner!), with a sunny garden that must be nice for summer evenings, its a great base for exploring Fife. St Andrews is 15 minutes away and its close to the pretty villages on the coastline too. Ceres, a few minutes walk away, has all basic amenities (the nRead moreearby cafe is especially welcoming). I loved my week here and plan to return as soon as I next have a break! Hide

Lovely wee cottage in a quiet location. Clean throughout comfy bed. Easy walking to local cafe and pub, I had mobility issues so found accessing the local amenities difficult but not impossible. Loved the log fire.
