A beautiful village in the northern part of the Cairngorms National Park, Nethy Bridge has been a popular holiday destination since the Victorian era and has some great places to eat and drink, along with historic sites including the Old Kirk and the 12th-century Castle Roy. The village also has a golf course and a fantastic nature reserve, and is a great base for a variety of outdoor activities including walking, hiking, stalking, fishing and mountain biking.

Wonderful house, really well looked after with everything inside and out that a family could need or want. The wood and welcome pack were lovely and helpful touches. Loved the hot tub, which was so special on a cold, clear night watching the stars. Beautiful location, and lots of walks to do and places to visit nearby. We truly loved our stay!

Amazing views, lovely hot-tub (but allow an afternoon to heat it up!) very clean with a great kitchen, cosy lounge and underfloor heating in the bathroom. As some have said the roof is low upstairs but as long as you're happy to bend over when getting into bed you'll be okay!

Great location, only 10 mins from Nethy Bridge. Stunning view of the Cairngorm mountains from the cottage. We saw Roe deer and brown hares in the garden. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. Do be aware of the ceiling height in the bedrooms upstairs, but other than that a really lovely place to stay.
