Watch over the bay from this charming cottage sleeping five guests. Perfect for a family break or escaping with an adventurous group of friends in Argyll and Bute, this home is in the bustling bayside town of Oban which has plenty of amenities. Head out on foot and discover plenty of walking routes or visit popular attractions in the area.

This bright and light cottage is spacious and has everything you need for your holiday. Whether you want to socialise together as a group or enjoy taking time out relaxing, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Head into the kitchen which has everything you need for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A separate dining area boasts a large window which looks out onto the bay – take a seat in here and enjoy playing evening board games together after a busy day exploring. Relax on the sofas in the lounge in front of the warming wood burner and flick on one of your favourite films or TV shows. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor which also has stunning bay views from the window. Finishing the ground floor, is the single bedroom and bathroom with bath and WC.

Upstairs is the fabulous master double bedroom. It doubles up as a second lounge with a further wood burner and sofa. The shower room completes the interior of the property.

The lounge has a door leading out to a cosy balcony with seating, a lovely spot for a morning coffee while watching the boats come and go in the calming waters. Outside and to the rear of the property is a shared courtyard with seating, where you can enjoy a glass of wine, al fresco dining or simply soak up the sun with a good book.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view is picture postcard and great watching ferries and small ships coming and going. Balcony a bonus.

Top class views over the harbour, bay and Isles of Kerrara and Mull. Very convenient location - 2 mins walk to the heart of Oban. Kitchen equipped as well as any weve experienced before. Easy and helpful communication with owner before and during our stay.

This was our 2nd visit to No.3. There is everything you need here with a spacious kitchen with everyday cupboard essentials appreciated. The apartment is ideal for our 3 generation family holiday, with plenty space and "drop-out" areas. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. We visited Tobermory aka Ballymory by ferry, Ganavan Sands, Easdale (IRead moresle of Seil), the local leisure centre for swimming/flumes etc. Watching the ferries coming and going adds to the spectacular view. A very comfortable base from which to tour the west coast of Scotland. Our plans were curtailed by storm Amy but the view from the sitting room window, over the bay, was spectacular!! We highly recommend this property.

The views of Oban bay from the lounge is superb. Being able to enjoy the view while having our coffee in the morning, and watching the sunset in the evening was very special indeed. Third visit and never disappointed. Location is fantastic with a magnificent view over the bay...and the beach on the doorstep for our dog to do her business. A lovely cosy winter stay! Loved this split level apartment and the amazing views over the harbour. Upstairs is a nice modern area with its own bathroom. Downstairs sitting room, bathroom and bedrooms are a bit more dated but all comfy and clean. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. We loved the super cosy sitting room and beautiful views from the laRead morerge windows out to the islands, we stayed in December so upstairs was a bit cooler. Oban No3 is a great place to stay it is comfy and well appointed with a fantastic view directly onto the harbour and surrounding bay. It is literally minutes from shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The Calmac Ferry Terminal is also only a short walk away.

Absolutely fantastic location, the view is just stunning. The accommodation was wonderful and very homely. The host was fantastic - so very helpful and thoughtful. This is a second visit and we will definitely be returning again. Thoroughly recommended.
