A superb new bespoke built house (designed by architects as featured on Channel 4 “Grand Designs”), located in a peaceful private idyllic position amid the most spectacular mountain scenery that the Scottish Highlands has to offer. Complimented with wood burner, contemporary balcony set within an enclosed garden, private hot tub and a detached fully equipped games room.

This stunning house sleeps six guests and is tucked away in Kinlochleven with incredible mountain views, a games room, and a private hot tub where you can unwind and reset. Whether you are holidaying with your family or your friends, there is plenty in the area to keep everyone busy, from active days out exploring the mountain heights, to days on the water at Loch Leven.

This bespoke reverse-level home is wooden clad from the outside imitating a traditional mountain lodge, whilst on the inside, you will find stylish and contemporary living spaces. Offering a wonderful games room, fabulous outdoor space and a bubbling hot tub to boot, this is a fabulous location for your Highlands getaway.

Entering the ground floor, you will find a large hallway – where you can store soggy coats and muddy walking boots – as well as two of the property’s three bedrooms. They comprise a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with far-reaching Munro views, and share a stylish shower room. Further down the hall is a handy utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Head up to the first floor to the spacious open-plan living area. Relax and enjoy films and TV shows from the comfortable sofas situated in front of the warming wood burner. Cook up delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the kitchen, before sitting together at the dining table and tucking in. Down the hall is a sumptuous double bedroom with panoramic views and a bathroom with a sunken bath.

Step outside from the kitchen onto the enclosed balcony and enjoy a morning coffee on the garden furniture. Outside is a spacious garden with fencing the whole way around, making it a safe space for your four-legged friends. Soak away in the private hot tub and dine alfresco using the BBQ and garden furniture set while the children enjoy the playhouse. A detached games room has a pool table, football table, PlayStation and a TV with access to streaming services.

  • 3 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 double and 1 twin
  • 2 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with sunken bath and hand-held shower over bath, separate shower cubical and WC and 1 shower room with large shower cubical with rain shower and WC

The historic village of Kinlochleven sits at the end of Loch Leven and at the foot of the Mamore Mountains. Explore the pretty village which has a selection of pubs, shops, and a couple of restaurants. Climb Britain’s biggest mountain, Ben Nevis, which can be hiked from Fort William (21 miles), or spend days on the loch swimming, kayaking, boating, or admiring the wildlife and birds that visit. The heritage trail around the lake is a great place to enjoy a leisurely stroll.

The West Highland Way, which runs for 95 miles through Scotland from Fort William to Milngavie, is accessed from the village. It passes spectacular scenery through glens and alongside lochs in the shadows of Munros. You can also enjoy other routes including the Grey Mare’s Tail Nature Reserve and waterfall, and trails winding into the surrounding mountains and countryside, where there is something for all abilities.

Take a ride on one of the most incredible railways in the world, the Jacobite Steam Train. Departing from Fort William (21 miles), the journey stretches 84 miles across Scotland passing bonnie scenery and some recognisable locations from films including Harry Potter, Braveheart and James Bond’s Skyfall.

We had such a wonderful stay. Was in a beautiful place. Had so many little special touches, we loved the toiletries that much, we went and bought some to take home. Owners couldnt do enough to help, giving food recommendations as well as making sure we had enough wood for the fire Super comfortable and cosy. Would stay again Thank you!
