A very nice cottage, well equipped and set up. Loved the conservatory overlooking the garden, and the garden itself, safe for dogs and children. An easy and pretty walk to shops and facilities.

Lovely house. Very well equipped from kitchen to laundry. Map with local walks very much appreciated. We did three of them. Great sunny weather with terrific scenery. Lovely garden - nicely planted tubs. (we did water the tubs!) The food at the Royal was way above our expectations for a wee Perthshire village. We would recommend to anyone. A perfect holiday for a week. Quiet location and easy walking distance to centre of village. Cozy house. The two single beds maybe not for adults. Grandson 14 and too short for him but be ok for younger children. Be careful of stairs but ok if take your time. Lovely garden to chill in.

A lovely stayed at the beautiful Oak cottage, I will be recommending to others. The garden is wonderfully maintained and you will see red squirrels! The downstairs bedroom is perfect for those with walking disabilities (My 93 year old Gran had no accessibility issues). Thank you, Charlie!
