Based in the west wing of a country mansion, this two-bedroom apartment offers a quiet base from which to explore the beautiful sights of Aberdeenshire. The apartment’s building is within a large estate which is at your disposal. There are plenty of spots to explore, while outside the grounds, the town of Inverurie is only 4 miles distant with every amenity you should need.

The apartment has a traditional feel thanks to panelled walls and antique-style furniture. The living areas and bedrooms are all exceedingly comfortable with relaxation being the name of the game. The views of the stunning grounds through the sash windows can be seen from the majority of the property in this truly rural location.

Inverurie is a market town and has a selection of quirky shops, quality eateries, pubs and cafes. It’s a wonderful place to head to try out some fantastic Scottish fare. There’s also a golf course there for any golfers in your group. For the more active or adventurous, there’s a trampoline park there too – great if there are younger holidaymakers with you.

If you like walking, this spot is ideal. The property is near Bennachie just 10 miles away with its nine summits. The wider area of Aberdeenshire is known as 'Scotland's Castle Country' and has many castles, stately mansions, and ruins to discover, including Castle Fraser with its garden and estate, just 7 miles away. Or enjoy a trip to Aberdeen 19 miles away, known as the Granite City, with its excellent attractions, shopping, and leisure facilities.
