The property is set in a beautiful part of Aberdeenshire and offers an abundance of wildlife habitats within the estate grounds. It's the perfect place for a large family looking for some peace and seclusion from everyday life or a chance to celebrate together.

The rooms within the property are stylish and decorous, with large windows affording plenty of natural light, attractive drapes and beautiful rugs found in the four main reception rooms, creating a homely feel. French doors lead to the conservatory with underfloor heating and a table for you to enjoy breakfast overlooking the garden. The classically styled dining room also has an open fire and is ideal for enjoying extended family meals. The kitchen has an AGA, keeping it cosy, alongside many contemporary fittings.

A traditional country lodge ambience is found in the five bedrooms on the first floor created using a mix of beautiful wallpapers, chandeliers and gorgeous dark wood furniture, ensuring a delightful setting to retire at the end of a busy day. The bathrooms continue the outdoor and hunting themes, each with a bath where you can soak away the day's exertions.

There is also a lower ground floor, where you'll find the billiard room with an impressive full-sized snooker table, comfortable seating, and an open fire.

The property has approximately 2 acres of spectacular gardens, which you can explore using the excellent paths for walking or running.
