Culzean Castle and Country Park, 6 miles, is one of the most iconic landmarks in Ayrshire, and you can explore the stunning castle grounds and take in the picturesque views of the Firth of Clyde. The park offers fantastic walking trails, gardens, and woodlands. Ayrshire is known for its world-class golf courses. You can enjoy a round of golf at nearby courses like Turnberry, Royal Troon, or Belleisle, all within 18 miles. The nearby village of Alloway (6 miles) is best known as the birthplace of Robert Burns and the setting for his poems. Here, you can visit the charming, thatched cottage, museum, and monument and take a walk over the cobbled Brig o’ Doon. Enjoy a walk at Rozelle and visit the changing exhibitions and café.

Step inside this charming cottage onto the porch that leads you to the spacious lounge, relax on the comfortable sofa after a day out exploring the local coastal delights and watch a movie on the TV. On a sunny day open the French doors leading directly out to the enclosed rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen is a perfect space to cook up a storm with a dining area set for two. Head through to the bedroom where you will find a double bed to get a peaceful night’s rest with French doors leading out to the garden. Completing the interior is the shower room to get you ready and refreshed for the day’s activities ahead.

Outside, the enclosed secluded garden is a delightful space and has a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your morning coffee. Perfect for al fresco dining or a sundowner around the fire pit.

Cottage beautiful, lovely clean and homely,planning on going back in the summer. And we were close to Ayr and Troon..which was nice.X
