Book a romantic stay with your partner (and if you have them, pets) at this charming compact cottage, located on an organic farm 2.5 miles from Kelso. It’s a beautiful setting filled with sunflowers in the warmer months and with minimal light pollution, it’s ideal for stargazing at night.

This charming property is filled with quality furniture and is decorated in an elegant style with finishing touches throughout. The colour scheme is gentle, with the odd splash of colour, and the main living area is framed with gorgeous exposed ceiling beams. Perhaps the best thing about this property is the wonderful views over the Eden and Tweed Valleys to the Cheviot Hills, which you can enjoy from the living area, bedroom and garden.

You’ll enter straight into the cosy lounge, where comfortable seating and a cosy wood burner await. Admire the countryside through the double glass doors and watch something on TV for an easy evening in. The modern and bright kitchen has everything you need for meal prep along with a dining table for two for sharing candlelit dinners and leisurely breakfasts. From the main living area, take the beautiful spiral staircase to the first floor where you’ll find a comfortable king-size bedroom in the eaves. Head out the glass doors to a small balcony where you can gaze at the starry night skies and beautiful sunrises with a glass of wine or cup of tea in hand.

Outside, the south-facing patio creates a lovely space to relax, either reading, dozing or admiring the breathtaking views. There’s outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ so you can cook and eat in the fresh air.

With the secure garden at the rear it was Great for the dogs, very well stocked with complementary goods, wine coffee ect.
