This rural hideaway on Scotland’s west coast is set above the stunning Loch Etive, just 7.5 miles from Oban. The property welcomes six guests and is ideal for families and friends looking to explore Argyll’s picturesque mountain scenery, dramatic coastline, and fascinating isles. The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclist, with long-distance routes such as the West Highland Way and the National Cycle Route 78 within easy reach. In the evenings, relax in the spacious garden or snuggle up next to the open fire.

Set at the end of a quiet road, this tranquil retreat offers a warm welcome after a day of exploring. The property has a home-away-from-home vibe, with pretty soft furnishings and cute accessories, and boasts vast windows overlooking the surrounding landscape.

Store coats and boots in the hallway, before moving through to the rest of the home. The spacious lounge is a delightful spot in which to unwind, with an array of comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and a roaring open fire. Spend time here, catching up on your favourite programmes or simply admiring the breathtaking views through the dual-aspect windows. The bright and airy kitchen/diner has beautiful wooden units and all the equipment and worktop space needed to cater for the group. Gather around the table by the window for memorable meals together. We loved our week in Ardshellac. We felt at home in this comfortable cottage which had everything you could need and was warm, cosy and clean. Its in a stunning, peaceful location with loch and mountain views. Loved exploring the area on the quiet back roads and there are plenty of walks nearby and interesting places to visit. We didnt want to go hRead moreome and could happily live there. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Hide
