This stunning holiday retreat makes a fantastic hideaway for couples and smaller families on a peaceful break in a beautiful conservation village close to the tranquil Berwickshire coast. Full of character, this beautiful cottage has been decorated in a mixture of bold shades and soothing neutral tones to provide a relaxing backdrop for a family holiday. Also featuring an array of artwork, it has a chic, stylishly furnished open-plan living area, two spacious bedrooms and a lovely shared courtyard to unwind in after a bracing day exploring the stunning Berwickshire coastline.

The entrance hall leads you through into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The central lounge space has sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV and an open fire. To one side there's a dining table perfect for family meals, with a useful breakfast bar over by the fully equipped kitchen which has ample storage and workspace. The ground floor also has a shower room.

Heading upstairs, the first floor features a beautifully furnished super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A further small flight of stairs leads up to a pretty bedroom set in the eaves of the cottage, with two lovely single beds, a sloping ceiling, polished wooden flooring and a dressing table.

Heading outside, a wooden gate opens into a rustic-style shared courtyard where you will find a picnic table with bench seating, providing a relaxing spot for dining alfresco on a sunny afternoon. Private parking is available for one car.

The owner is impolite, the cottage is old furnished and poor in condition. Garbage is full, mold in the kitchen, smelly cold and dark rooms, uncomfy beds. No outdoor space like photos suggest
