Make memories to last a lifetime in this luxurious Highland retreat on the Easter Ross Peninsula. The vast country home sleeps up to 17 guests across eight beautifully styled bedrooms and makes the perfect setting for a large family reunion or a special celebration with friends. You’ll find plenty to see and do nearby; take a whisky tour around some of Scotland’s finest distilleries, including Glenmorangie (10 miles) and Balblair (14.5 miles), or pack your beach bags and journey to Dornoch (18 miles) for a traditional day at the seaside.

The elegant holiday home oozes style and sophistication, boasting fabulous high ceilings, antique-style furniture, and large windows framing far-reaching coastal views. The property has vast rooms and a choice of social areas, providing ample space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Enter the retreat into the impressive hallway, where you can store all your outdoor attire. From here, move through to the light and inviting lounge, with its large bay window and roaring wood burner. Relax in here after a day of adventure, watching the Smart TV or planning the next day’s itinerary. For a little quiet time, retreat to the second lounge to read your book or simply sit back and enjoy the views across the Firth. The social hub of the house is a stylish kitchen/diner which is equipped with everything needed to cater for a large group. Congregate at the central island for informal dining, or come together at the wooden dining table for dinner parties and special occasions. A handy utility room rounds off the ground floor.

Upstairs, eight stunning bedrooms await, all with elegant styling, plush linens, and breathtaking views. Choose from five king-size bedrooms, two doubles, and a bunk bedroom. Five of the bedrooms boast en-suite facilities and there’s also a stylish family bathroom on this level. The first floor is also home to two games rooms with a pool table, table tennis table, and dartboard.

Outside, extensive gardens envelop the property, providing a tranquil haven in which to relax amongst mature trees and pretty floral displays. Dine alfresco on the patio in summer months or enjoy family picnics on the sweeping lawns. The garden also features a football pitch, a golf driving practice area, children’s play equipment, and fire pit. Please note, peacocks wander through the gardens and children must be supervised at all times due to the unfenced ponds. Ample private parking is available at the property.

A truly amazing house with large bedroom sizes, great facilities and equipment provided. The garden is fantastic and the location is picturesque and quiet yet easy to drive to. The welcome basket was very generous and was large enough to split between our large group of 14. The property caretaker was friendly and professional.
