With sweeping views across Loch Earn towards the mighty peaks of Ben Vorlich and Stuc a’ Chroin, this handsome, stone-built retreat is an excellent base for up to six guests. Tucked along a tree-lined driveway, and complete with its own sauna, the house seamlessly combines elegance and comfort, with ample space for family or friends to relax together.
Inside, light-filled rooms are thoughtfully designed for both socialising and quiet moments. There are two lounges to choose from – a grand living room with a wood burner and picture windows, and a cosy snug with a Smart TV.
The country-style kitchen is a true hub of the home, with a large dining table for informal meals or board games, while a separate formal dining room sets the scene for celebratory dinners. A utility room and cloakroom add convenience.
Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms each come with their own en-suite. The master enjoys loch views, a king-size bed, and a spa-like bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Two further king-size bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin on request) both feature sleek shower rooms.
Head outside into the generous gardens, where children can play on the lawn while adults savour al fresco dining at one of two outdoor tables, accompanied by a charcoal BBQ for summer feasts. A private sauna, tucked away in a quiet corner, offers a unique spot to sit back while taking in the scenery. There's also storage for bikes or golf clubs, as well as parking for three cars.
