This luxurious holiday pod is surrounded by stunning Highland scenery, close to the historic town of Alness (3.5 miles). The property welcomes two guests and makes a gorgeous base for couples or solo travellers looking to explore the Easter Ross Peninsula. This wild and rugged landscape is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, with a plethora of picturesque beaches nearby, such as Shandwick Bay (13 miles), and numerous walking trails including the popular route to the Fyrish Monument (11 miles).
The stylish lodge is set within a small complex of similar holiday retreats. Inside, the pod has a bright open-plan layout and is decorated in a contemporary style. On a summer’s day, open the French doors and listen to the sounds of the birds in the surrounding trees.
The carefully configured kitchenette has everything you need to prepare hearty breakfasts and light bites, which you can share at the breakfast bar or outside on the terrace. After a day of outdoor adventure, stretch out on the comfortable corner sofa to read your book or catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The cosy double bedroom is to the rear of the lodge, where you’ll also find a refreshing shower room.
Outside, the enclosed patio garden has a decked terrace with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a romantic al fresco dinner on a summer’s evening. You’ll also have your own, private hot tub to sink into with a glass of bubbly. Guests are welcome to make use of the on-site shared BBQ area. Private parking is available for one car.
