With a range of outdoor equipment provided, including kayaks and fishing rods, this stunning waterside hideaway also features a roaring wood burner, an elegant free-standing bath, timber beams, a soothing hot tub and a spacious games room.

Entering this fresh and thoughtfully updated property, the generous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a warm welcome, with sliding glass doors allowing natural light to stream in while offering a tranquil view out across the loch. The relaxing lounge is a perfect spot for unwinding in, with plush seating, a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner. A central farmhouse-style dining table is perfect for enjoying a family meal together, and the thoughtfully organised and fully equipped kitchen has ample equipment, storage and workspace. Heading through, the pretty garden room features a high vaulted ceiling with skylights and original timber framing, providing an ideal extra space for relaxing in peace. This light and stylishly arranged room has plenty of seating, an array of books, board games and a table football table. The room has its own access and can be closed off from the rest of the house, and it has a useful sofa bed, making it a snug getaway for two additional guests.

When it's time to retire for the night you will find a choice of three restful bedrooms, all decorated in calm pastel shades: the first is an elegant king-size room with a step leading up to a lovely in-room free-standing bath which looks out to sea; the second is a lovely double with a handy en-suite shower room; and the third is a charming twin room with a TV. The accommodation is rounded off with a stylishly tiled bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.

Going outside, the patio area leads directly down to the edge of the loch, featuring plenty of seating, a BBQ and a fire pit. There's also a soothing wood-fired hot tub to luxuriate in. You are welcome to explore the surrounding 2-acre grounds, with a secluded orchard garden, a pond and a picnic area. Private parking is available for three cars.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, clean, well equipped, fabulous location. Brilliant accessories like the kayak, fishing nets for kids etc. loved the coffee machine! Attention to detail was brilliant and a nice welcome gift was really thoughtful. Couldn't fault it

A wonderful stay at this really magical setting. Weve seen otters, deer, a hare and a hawk and all sorts of garden and seabirds. Weve kayaked and hot tubbed, rock pooled, explored, and warmed ourselves in front of the wood burning stove. The house is set up to be a home from home - comfortable and warm with all the mod cons you could want to for reRead morelaxing, cooking and luxuriating. The cottage has everything you need for a secluded family holiday. Welcome basket was a lovely touch. Hot tub was amazing with plenty of wood available. Beach was brilliant for the dogs. A most beautiful location that is very private. Excellent gardens to explore with loads of hidden areas. Beach right at your front door and birds galore, even saw the otter family on one afternoon. Owners were only too happy to be of assistance with a very minor issue we had and promptly fixed the problem. Tastefully decorated with an eclectic mix Read moreof items. What a lovely gem, we had a fantastic week. The cottage itself was cute, really well supplied with everything we needed and delighters such as games, a fabulous welcome hamper and plenty of firewood.
