the cottage was very comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Being only 100yds from the shore, the location was superb, with far reaching views to the Mull of Galloway and the Isle of Man

The cottage was absolutely excellent and spotlessly clean- it had a well equipped kitchen and all the extras that you would need to keep it all clean and tidy. We would definitely come here again even with the 1000 mile round trip from Plymouth. Stunning sandy beaches to visit with the dogs - would highly recommend .

The cottage is perfect in almost every way. It is beautifully decorated and finished with a modern well-equipped kitchen (has a microwave, coffee machine, superb cooker, washing machine, fridge, and surface top freezer but surprisingly no dish washer. Only about twenty metres from the beach, the view from the large lawn or conservatory, out towards The Isle of Man and the Irish sea, is magical. Hide

Nice enough little cottage. View from small sunroom was lovely. Garden large and secure. Beware fast flowing stream and unfenced pond between cottage and caravan park should kids get out of the garden gate. Beach extremely rocky, no sand there. We had problems with tv and WiFi but by day 4 things were finally sorted. Should be resolved now for fuRead moreture guests but not great for our holiday. Local area is pleasant but not an awful lot to do. All in all was disappointed with this break and actually went home a day early which is a first for me. Hide
