Situated amidst a friendly, family-run farm in the Perthshire countryside, close to the quaint village of Abernyte (0.5 miles), this charming luxury apartment is a wonderful hideaway for a couple on a romantic week in rural Scotland. From the hot tub under the stars to the thoughtful welcome hamper full of Scottish treats, it’s an idyllic property. Your dogs (up to two) are also welcome to join you on your five-star stay and you can treat them to some pampering by booking them into the on-site doggy daycare and spa.
The apartment is on the ground floor (above a lower apartment), single-storey, and largely open-plan. Spacious, bright, and elegantly furnished, it features beautiful details for a unique and special stay, such as a free-standing bath and a Juliet balcony in the bedroom.
Enter the apartment immediately into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To the right is the kitchen, where you can put dinner on straight away and sit at the island with drinks and nibbles to toast to another fantastic day. Light the wood burner and play music through the Bluetooth docking station for a romantic atmosphere. Serve dinner with a bottle from the wine cooler, and tuck into your meal while looking out to views of the Sidlaw Hills. Afterwards, you can either curl up on the sofa or watch the Smart TV from the comfort of the duvet on the super king-size bed. In the spacious Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, you can start your morning with a calming bath or feel energised under the rainfall shower.
Change into your bathrobes and slippers (both provided) and head outside to stargaze as you soak in your private hot tub. The patio at the front of the property has seating, so you can sit in the sunshine with a drink of choice, or light the BBQ for an al fresco dinner. You’re welcome to walk around the farm as well and able feed the chickens.
