This property is outstanding. I have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years and this ranks as one of the best. The property is finished to an exceptional standard, extremely well equipped, very spacious and well laid out. The beds and seating areas are comfortable. The TVs are huge! Although we didnt use them there is also a pool tRead moreable and dart board. Its clear a lot of care and attention has gone into this property. The Nook is conveniently located in Pitlochry within walking distance of the town and the railway station, should you wish to go further afield. Pitlochry has a lot of amenities and Id recommend Jessies cafe and Pietros. If you are in town on a Monday go to the Highland Night which was entertaining. The hosts, Craig and Steph, are attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or to return. Hide

I'm torn about leaving this review, I don't want to express how perfect the cottage is, as I may not manage to get booked again if word gets out. The location of the property is ideal. Plenty of off-road parking in the centre of Pitlochry. The cottage is well equipped with 3 TV's so no arguments, 2 lounges, so easy to get some peaceful time on Read moreyour own, if required. Rooms are comfortable. We didn't make use of the pool table and failed at darts quite quickly. Craig was super friendly and was available if required. This is easily one of the best, if not the best, rental we have stayed in and I hope that we can return again in the future. Hide

This property was a real "find" situated within an extremely short walk from the main street with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. A very good butchers and deli is a few steps away, and the property is also well placed for walking to the Festival Theatre on a fine summer's evening. In spite of its convenience, it is also very quiet which makRead morees it a great place to get a good night's sleep in one of the comfortable beds. It has loads of features including an outside area and a snug upstairs seating area. The cleanliness is exemplary, and the hosts Craig and Steph couldn't have been more helpful. Hide

We stayed at The Nook for one night ahead of a cycling event in Pitlochry and it was absolutely ideal for our group of six.
