This characterful period home is located in the peaceful village of Findochty, on the Moray Firth coastline. The property sleeps eight guests and offers a stunning backdrop for family reunions and get-togethers with friends. Its relaxed, sociable layout makes it perfect for entertaining, although you’ll also find quiet spaces for unwinding and taking in the glorious views. The area is a haven for walkers, with dramatic coast paths leading you to secluded coves and long, sandy beaches. The vibrant town of Banff is 17 miles away and has a great range of independent shops and eateries.

The stylish, period property enjoys stunning sea views from many of its windows and has a bright, open feel with high ceilings and fresh decor. Elegant furniture creates a sense of grandeur throughout the holiday home and relaxing seascapes on the walls remind you of your fabulous coastal location. Little pops of colour have been used in each area to create a unique sense of style and provide a memorable backdrop to your holiday.

Enter the property into the lovely, open-plan lounge/diner. Plush, velvet seating is arranged around a Smart TV and there is a roaring wood burner for creating a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings. A stylish dining area next to the window provides seating for everyone and is the ideal spot for family celebrations and dinner parties. The stylish kitchen has ample worktop space for catering for the group, and a central island for informal dining. One of the bedrooms – a beautiful king-size – is located on the ground floor, along with the family bathroom.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find the magnificent sunroom, with far-reaching views across the village and out to sea. Relax on the sofa and take in your surroundings, or catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV.

Continuing up the stairs, you’ll reach the remaining bedrooms. There is a super-king-size, a king-size, and a twin, all decorated in calm neutral tones for a good night’s rest. Completing the property is a stylish shower room.

A beautiful, enclosed garden sits to the rear of the house. It boasts a small lawn where children can play, and a patio area where you can sip a morning coffee whilst enjoying the spectacular views along the coast.

Rosedale was a delightful place to visit. The sun room had fabulous views, it was lovely sitting in the garden and the house was spacious and well equipped. It had easy access to great walks and the village itself was lovely to explore. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back and visit myself at some point.

clean, warm and comfortable. Hot water on demand is helpful for baths. Sunlounge is an incredible feature with stunning view. Great kitchen. Didnt use the downstairs lounge or burner or the dining room. slept well on comfortable firm mattress.

The house is very clean and comfortable, and the view from the upstairs sunlounge is amazing. Findochty is a lovely village -it's a very short walk from the house to the east beach which the children loved although it's too stony to swim, and also just a few minutes walk to a small sandy beach which is marvellous for swimming especially when the tiRead morede is in. You wont be disappointed with this beautiful holiday home, the views are breathtaking. Everything you need in a holiday home is available, they thought of everything.
