The photos on the booking website make the rooms in cottage look bigger than they actually are. Lovely views all around the cottage to Lunnan bay and the surrounding farmland with lots of wildlife to see. Over all we had a lovely holiday.

A lovely, cozy, quiet cottage with amazing views from every window and off the beaten track. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Log burner was ideal for us in stormy few days in February. Definitely a great place to switch off and get away from it all. Very clean and well- maintained. Everything there you would need. Little dining area in sunroomRead more a bonus. Very relaxing and comfortable so would strongly recommend a stay here! Hide

Lovely comfortable cottage in a really nice location with plenty of local areas to visit and walk. Angus is well known for its good food produce and a trip to Arbroath will be a must for Smokies and hot smoked salmon, Johnshaven was our choice for Lobster.

The location is exceptional. The walk to the beach and beach itself are amazing. The cottage is perfect for 2 or 3 people and is very quiet. The cottage was lovely. Clean comfortable and cosy. The boot room and conservatory made the cottage feel so much bigger. The views from all sides were tremendous. Gazing out the widows was rewarded with wildlife deer, hares, buzzards swallows and we haven't seen so many butterflies in years.

The cottage sits at the top of a rise rewarding you with great views and big skies/lovely sunsets in a largely peaceful, somewhat exposed and windy, rural location. A real nice and comfortable cottage; fantastic views and a great place to hike from to spectacular coastal paths or charming places in rural Angus. It's very comfortable; a fine kingsize bed, a little conservatory that doubles as a dining room and a nice kitchen.

The property is in a great location and very comfortable. The wifi worked well, as did the wood burning stove. The local wildlife is entertaining: deer, partridge, hares etc.

A wonderful cottage in a peaceful location with beautiful views through every window. Immaculately clean with everything you need supplied. We spent many a happy hour in the conservatory relaxing and reading and it was a lovely Sun trap. It is really handy for Lunan Bay with it's beautiful beach. It is our second visit and hopefully not our last.
