We had a wonderful stay and didnt miss anything. The location is perfect for day trips and close to shopping and restaurants. Three good sized bedrooms the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and soft - thank you! Extra plus was TV which also including streaming which you hardly find anymore. Very comfortable bed in the front bedroom. Plenty of hot water and apartment extremely warm. However, no dishwasher a significant issue in terms of cleanliness of cutlery and crockery.

We had a very comfortable stay. We were able to cook Christmas lunch quite easily. Great location.

The toilet leaks from the waste pipe connection, the bathroom floor has raised so the door is near impossible to close and the rotting wood and/or sewage along the bottom of the bath panel were really off putting. Thankfully it was not cold during our stay as the boiler was obviously faulty and needed resetting often. There is a thick layer of dustRead more on all walls. The apartment is in an excellent location with many good restaurants in the surrounding area. It is convenient to the train station and walking to the Old Town and tourist attractions.

Lovely apartment in large house in the New Town and a ten minute walk( up hill) to Princes Street. Well equipped and has a balcony which is a bonus. Well situated for several bars and restaurants. A small supermarket nearby if needed. Would recommend.

Excellent apartment in great location. As big as it looks in the pictures and lovely little balcony with seating. Quite dated decor but clean and comfortable.

A great apartment in an ideal location, so close to transport and the city centre sights and shopping. We had a great stay, this was our second visit. A few things in the flat could do to be updated, but we had a lovely stay.
