The detached, single-storey lodge is reached via a few external steps. From the vestibule, head through to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with its impressive vaulted ceiling, beautiful wooden floors, and vibrant accessories. At one end is a cosy lounge area, with a collection of plump seating set around a Smart TV and roaring wood burner, and taking centre stage is a farmhouse-style dining table. The kitchen area enjoys stunning mountain views and has everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The property has two tastefully decorated bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, en-suite facilities, and plenty of storage for all your holiday attire. A handy utility area completes the interior. Outside, the enclosed patio garden has a BBQ and a choice of seating areas for al fresco dining. There’s also a bubbling hot tub boasting magnificent views across the loch. Private parking is available for two cars.
St Fillans is a charming conservation village with a good range of independent shops and eateries, along with a scenic nine-hole golf course. For keen golfers, you’ll also be 22 miles from the world-famous Gleneagles. The historic spa town of Crieff is 12 miles away and boasts beautiful Victorian architecture and landscaped public parks – the perfect spot for a picnic on a summer’s afternoon. Alternatively, head just outside the town to the gorgeous Drummond Castle Gardens.
