Lose yourself in nature with a group holiday at this delightful home on the Isle of Arran. It's in the vibrant village of Lamlash, known for its stunning coastal scenery, walking and golfing opportunities. From the picturesque bay and Holy Isle views to various leisure activities such as water sports in Lamlash Bay, there's plenty to please a multigenerational family group or party of nature-loving friends.

This home has an elegant black and white exterior for a striking appearance that stands out against the blue sky. Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and the space is beautifully presented, with quality fittings and furniture and plenty of natural materials like wood and wicker. Walls are painted in vibrant hues or covered with jazzy wallpaper, and carefully chosen artwork adorns the walls. And for elegant finishing touches, curtains and cushions are made from eye-catching and tactile fabrics, creating a cosy, homely feel.

The downstairs of this warm home features an open-plan living area combining a lounge, kitchen and diner where your group can relax together in the various spaces. In the lounge section, pop the kids on the cosy sofa and switch on the Smart TV for a film viewing with bowls of popcorn. If it's chilly, the wood burner is sure to keep everyone toasty. The spacious kitchen has glossy white units and oodles of space for the designated chefs to chop, sizzle and bake group meals. And the dining table is large enough for everyone to gather around. You'll also have a second lounge area which is convenient for a larger group. This pleasant, blue-walled space includes a sofa bed, another Smart TV and board games so older children can play happily. Additionally, there's a utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an extra shower and WC on the ground floor.

Moving upstairs, the first floor houses four elegant bedrooms presented with restful sleep in mind. There's a super-king-size bedroom and a king-size bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms and scenic bay views, along with two twin rooms, one of which includes a pull-out trundle bed in case you have an additional guest. Stylish wallpaper and high-quality furniture make each space really pleasant to wake up in. A family bathroom featuring both a bath and a walk-in shower completes the accommodation.

We had a great time in this lovely, well equipped house. It was very comfortable, warm and welcoming - and the help yourself to a drink was a lovely touch. The house was well positioned with stunning views and within easy access of shops and restaurants. Gardens were well maintained too. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family

Terrific property on Arran, with an unspoilt view looking out into Lamlash Bay and the Holy Isle. Very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely mix of new and old style furnishings, and perfectly located. Communication with Shona was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.
