The building is accessed via a secure entrance system and you can reach the apartment either by stairs or lift. On entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/diner. This attractive room is perfect for relaxing in at the end of a great day spent exploring the capital and features cosy seating and a TV so you can snuggle up and catch up with a favourite TV show. There’s also a small balcony looking out over the skyline. The dining area is ideal for sharing a romantic dinner for two, and the light and fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure to prepare your favourite meals in. Exploring the apartment further, there are two delightful double bedrooms, one featuring an en-suite shower room. There’s also a main bathroom complete with a shower over the bath.

This is a convenient location. We like Leith because it is quiet and it is easy to reach Leith Links or The Shore on foot, walk to the centre by the Water of Leith or alternatively get public transport which is now electric and visitors can tap and pay. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped and close to the tram stop into Edinburgh. Just a short walk along The Shore into Leith for shopping or eating out, visiting the market on Saturday or, just over the bridge, my favourite pub Teuchters Landing. Accomodation was wonderful, closed to transport and shopping. Plenty of places close by to dine. We had a fantastic time would highly recommend.

Ocean Drive was lovely. Nice and compfy. The location was good.Easy to catch the Tram around the corner into Edinburgh. We had a great time. Edinburgh is realy worth a visit.So much to see.

This apartment is in a very convenient location being close to shops, some buses and a two/three minute walk from a tram stop into the city. Also well soundproofed so this is not a problem. We had a lovely week in Leith. The apartment is located perfectly for the Trams and hardly needed the car at all. Beds were comfy. Not all kitchen equipment worked, which was OK as we ate out most of the time. A few maintenance issues that need addressing and it wasn't as clean as it could be. Directions to access the property are confusing - garagRead moree access is via the door you can see to your left if you put your back to the wall of the carpark space. The cottage was well furnished, elegant and had excellent views. The TV and the WiFi worked fine. The location was also very good and the fittings good. The appliances functioned as designed and the security and parking facilities were very good. It was really unfortunate that one of the beds had poorly fitted supports which broke down leading to aRead moren uncomfortable night for one person and logistical difficulties in getting it fixed properly by the local manger. This two bedroomed apartment is comfortable and has the benefit of two bathrooms. The apartment block is quiet and in a perfect location for using the tramway into Edinburgh.

This apartment is lovely and in a really good location. Interesting views and very accessible by tram. Restaurants on the Shore and Aldi on Commercial Street are easy walking distance. Lovely appt and location once found lol (opp Fingal hotel entrance suggest use this post code) You can drive on Tram lines, all shared! Keys work but not as colour coded (ours anyway). Turn right out of main door for nearest tram pick up to Edinburgh (3.80 return each). Plenty in walking to do and deep loved the Royal Yaught Britannia.
