Enjoy pure tranquillity at this welcoming home, which welcomes a group of eight across two buildings, great for large family groups seeking peace and quiet in the Scottish Highlands. Right on the shore of Loch Assynt, you can access the shingle beach right from the garden. The mountain range of Quinag towers over the cottage, so you can find several hiking routes right from the doorstep. Visit the cascading Allt Chranaidh Waterfall (10 miles) or the beautiful sandy shores and crystal-clear waters at Achmelvich Bay (9 miles). The quaint village of Lochniver (7 miles) has a few shops and pubs where you can grab a bite to eat before or after exploring.

Step into the spacious hallway where you can leave your walking gear before heading through to the lounge/diner, which has seating for all guests to eat, socialise, and get comfortable after busy days. A separate lounge has further seating and a Smart TV, as well as a handy desk area, should you need to complete some work while you are here. The bright kitchen has everything for the chef of the group to prepare meals for everyone, with large gas hob double ovens and tons of storage space. Adjacent, a utility area contains laundry facilities. As the night rolls in, choose from one of two double bedrooms, which have use of a family bathroom and one king size which has an en-suite shower room. The separate lodge contains a king-size bed and an en-suite with bath and shower, providing flexible arrangements whatever your group make up.

Outside, the superb garden has a decked area with furniture, and a large lawn space. Dine alfresco and play games on the grass while overlooking the stunning loch. Guests will also have private access to the shingle beach. Private parking is provided for four cars.
