Set your sights on a seaside stay on the marvellous Rhins of Galloway, enjoying this contemporary, cool cottage in the vibrant holiday destination of Portpatrick. One of the most popular getaway spots in Dumfries and Galloway, this remarkable locale is built around a beautiful harbour with a selection of by-the-sea activities available nearby. Discover Dunskey Golf Club, Portpatrick Beach, and a wide selection of cafes, shops and lively coastal pubs all within half a mile. Follow the coastal path out to the 12th-century ruins of Dunskey Castle (1 mile), gazing out to sea in search of dolphins, porpoises and whales in the water. One of the very best viewpoints for enjoying such sights is the Mull of Galloway Lighthouse, right at the southern tip of the peninsula (21 miles). Climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse, and admire the spectacular view stretching out towards the Isle of Man.

This large, family-friendly holiday home is spacious throughout, complete with stylish modern interiors and plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows framing the surrounding views. Head inside to leave outdoor gear in the entrance hall, noticing a handy utility room with laundry facilities and space to store suitcases, golf clubs or anything else that takes up extra room. From here, make your way to the upper floor to find the wonderful living space. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are neatly arranged within one light-filled room. The kitchen has been fitted with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, and the sociable dining table sits right beside it for effortless mealtimes. Next to that, the living area features sofas arranged around a Smart TV, creating a comfortable space to unwind late into the night. The first of four bedrooms is on this floor, a wonderfully spacious double with fantastic views to wake up to. Next to it, a family bathroom adds convenience. Moving downstairs to the lower ground floor, three further bedrooms await. Two rooms are laid out as doubles (one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a shower room), while the fourth and final bedroom is arranged as a twin with a handy shower room just off it.

Experience the best of both worlds at this property, enjoying an elevated balcony space alongside a large lawned garden. On the first floor, French doors lead from the lounge onto a deck with wonderful views. At ground level, the garden is enclosed and grassy, complete with a furnished patio area promising unforgettable al fresco afternoons. Private parking is also readily available.

Spent a fantastic family weekend in Annapurna, Port Patrick during November 25. Excellent communication with owner, answering any queries we had. We cooked our own meals during stay, all equipment need was available. It was a relly cold weekend, however the house was very warm. Recommend

The house is large, modern and very well equipped. Comfortable beds and fantastic bathrooms/ showers. Near enough to walk to the village. The deck in sunshine is a great place for holiday drinks. Only one small suggestion that a streaming service would help when the rain falls.
