A beautiful, tranquil lodge located in the enchanting village of Balloch, the gateway to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

The ideal retreat for friends or family, this spacious home is perfectly positioned near the bustling village of Balloch. With countryside walks from your doorstep, easy access to the activities of Loch Lomond and the wilds of a national park nearby, there’s plenty to see and do in this beautiful area.

Relax with loved ones in this comfortable, modern property finished to a high standard with neutral tones complemented by splashes of colour. The house comes complete with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the Scottish countryside.

Hang up your coats and kick off your boots in the hallway, then head into the open-plan lounge/dining area with its spacious corner sofa and a Smart TV creating the perfect place to cosy up for a family movie. Enjoy a home-cooked meal that can be served around a large table that seats ten comfortably, or eat at the well-equipped kitchen’s breakfast table whilst the fresh country air washes in from the open French doors. The kitchen also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, handy for a post-adventure spruce up. A spacious double bedroom and a stylish shower room complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, tucked under the sloping eaves of the roof, are three further bedrooms with crisp sheets on comfortable beds. Perfectly inviting spaces for a good night’s sleep in this rural location.

Cross the shared pathway to the rear of the property and find your very own luxurious hot tub, perfect for soaking tired legs after a day of rambling. Fire up the BBQ, cook some fresh local produce and dine alfresco on a warm summer’s evening under the beautiful gazebo in your private patio area. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10a –10pm daily. There is ample parking for cars at the front of the property.

The mesmerising village of Balloch on the south-west shores of Loch Lomond, often referred to as the gateway to The Trossachs National Park, offers a fantastic range of water sports to dive into and indulge your inner mermaid/man, and also boasts excellent travel links to Glasgow 25 miles away. Sample the area’s unique flavour through its award-winning whiskey at Auchentoshan (12 miles) and Glengoyne Distillery (16 miles). Meander around the network of walking paths and trails making up the 270 hectares of woodland, heathland and moorland at Mugdock Country Park 18 miles away. Thrill seekers will love the ultimate aerial adventure course of zip wires, balance beams, hanging platforms and tight ropes at Treezone 2 miles away.

Excellent accomodation! Would be lovely in the summer. The only downside is its a long walk into Balloch but plenty things to do short car journey

Very comfortable, clean and ideally situated to explore Loch Lomond and beyond. The hot tub was a big hit and lovely to relax in at the end of the day.
