They showed us round the property and explained all the technicalities with the appliances, showers and tv . We really enjoyed our week at this lovely modern warm apartment which is exactly as shown in the photographs. Great location for exploring Edinburgh. Left the car parked all week and either walked or used public transport. Great views from lounge over Arthurs Seat and apartment is well sound proofed so no disturbance from nearby train track.

Great flat, pristine, brilliant views of Arthurs Seat (which I would definately recommend climbing), and only a short walk to the Royal Mile and Princes Street. The flat is well stocked with essentials and the added bonus of a welcome pack from the owners was a lovely touch. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Edinburgh to stay here.

What a beautiful property this is! From start to finish this was perfect in everyway! So many nice little touches left by the owners which made it extra special. There are views from every window and Meadowbank shopping centre (including supermarket) is within sight. It is a few minutes from many bus stops which we used all week as we all had bus passes. Excellent accommodation. Perfectly situated just a 15 minute walk from town one way and a 15 minute bus ride to Portobello the other. It was spotless, secure and quiet. Couldn't fault it. We were a party of only 2 but the 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms would make it just as ideal for 4 in my opinion.

The apartment is in a superb location within easy reach of the centre by foot/bus/Uber. Lovely views from the flat which is on the doorstep of Arthurs Seat and also has local access to public facilities e.g. supermarket, pubs, cafes etc. We particularly liked the location as the beach of Portobello was within easy reach, as was Leith. Enjoyed our stay, 15 minute walk to the city centre. The flat had plenty of space for the 4 of us and was very clean and comfortable. Quite close to railway lines so can be noisy when windows are open but would not put me off from staying again.

This apartment was an an excellent choice, it has everything you need, the location is brilliant "Arthur's seat" if you like a morning walk or run then this is the place for you. We where met by the owners on arrival, Peter and Janette, this is very helpful if you have anything you need to know. There is plenty of parking spaces as people come and Read morego all day long, we never used the car, it was either walking or the bus the 26 takes you all the way to the City centre it's only a 15 min ride. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed Imperial Heights. The location is excellent; the heart of Edinburgh is only a 10-15 minute easy walk away. The views outside the window are spectacular - you can see Arthur's Seat. Peter and his wife were very welcoming and always available for any questions we had. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Edinburgh is a cool place to visit, I suggest you park your car up and put your trainers on ! You have so much to do and such a variety of things to choose from our favourites were Arthurs Seat and Portobello beach as well as the well stocked book shops, eating out wasnt easy in the times, the locals were kind and we loved the parks.
