This lovely cosy cottage is the perfect location for lovers of the outdoors. The cities of Dundee and Aberdeen, with their multiple attractions are just a short drive away.

The property is located just outside the pretty historical village of Fettercairn, whether you are looking to take some time out to relax and escape day to day life or you’re looking to explore this beautiful part of Scotland this location offers the best of both worlds. Fantastic walks from your front door, the Fasque estate has a private chapel and resident deer, such a pretty setting. Keen walkers will love the stunning Cairngorms and Glens which are all easily accessible. Visit the unspoilt beaches, just a short drive away and should not be missed. The V&A museum in Dundee offers a great day out and there are lots of outdoor pursuits in the local area to create special memories.

Entering the cottage you will enter into the large hallway, firstly is the well-equipped kitchen just off the hall with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Next door you will find the spacious lounge with dual views over the garden and fields, there is an open fire, Smart TV/DVD, Xbox, and sound bar. Through the hallway you will find a formal dining room, a great area to catch up over a nice meal after a day out exploring! The bathroom is across the hall with shower over bath and WC. There are two bedrooms along the hallway a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a king-size bedroom, both bedrooms have views across the garden.

There is an enclosed garden with children’s play equipment, a patio area and private off-road parking for up to two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
