The apartment is approached by three flights of stairs and on entry is then all on one level. The property has a bold and vibrant décor throughout and feels warm and welcoming to guests. The spacious lounge/diner is equipped with TV and DVD and offers fantastic views towards the Crags. Here you can sit and survey city life over breakfast, from the comfort of your own sofa whilst planning the day’s to see and do list! The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer and washer/ dryer. Along the hallway you will find one compact double bedroom, one family bedroom with a double and a single bed and the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Although the apartment doesn’t benefit from its own outside area, there are some beautiful walks and parks all within 2 miles of the apartment. Holyrood Park, Queen’s Park and Arthur’s Seat are three of many local attractions guests can visit to enjoy a picnic in or to try a variety of lovely walks that are on offer. There is also plenty of off-road, free parking.

Fabulous home from home at a great rate for the Fringe. Arthur's seat 2 mins walk away. Quiet spot but easy walking distance to town.

This was a great place to stay! We spent about two weeks in this property and it had everything we needed. It was a great location in Newington and it was so cozy, clean, and comfortable!

One of the best flats I've stayed in in Edinburgh. Easy walk to Holyrood and the High street. Clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Great WiFi and recycling. Only issue would be the third floor access for anyone with mobility needs. We don't have such needs so thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
