A great base for using if you want good comfort and a peaceful time, walking distance from the town centre and good walking around the area. Very quiet and the neighbours were friendly and chatty, a clean neighbourhood. Plenty areas to walk your dog in whether a short walk or a decent walk, a choice is on hand. We enjoyed our holiday but there was the odd niggle such as a number of bulbs had blown and there were no spares, one of which was broken in the light fitting and I cut myself when removing it. The garden could also use some tlc (weeds, loose slabs etc.). The property was fine otherwise but we felt cramped with just 3 adults and our dog so I feel aRead more family of 5 for this property is a stretch given the living room area. Hide

Great location and only a few minutes walk to centre of Aviemore. Ideal for dog owners as back yard is enclosed though maybe not for dogs who like to escape and can jump a 3 ft fence. Nice to have cable TV and house was well equipped though you might want to bring a hair drier.

Great location. Compact but ample space for a family. Smell of wet dog was an issue for us as although we have a dog this something we always worry about when staying in property's with people who may have larger dogs staying.

Great location and accommodation spotless. Some very minor points eg washing tablet box empty, only one very cheap toilet roll and garden could do with some tlc but none of these impacted on the holiday and would defo rebook.

Great location, fresh bathroom (great shower) and generally comfortable space. Wife allergic to something in the house, arriving to a full bin, and general feel of place needing a bit of love were negatives for us.

This is a very nice clean cottage in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the centre of Aviemore and there is also plenty of paths to go dog walking. We would certainly stay here again.
