We have had the most perfect holiday. The cottage is superb. Lovely comfy bed, hot shower, thick towels. The kitchen is really well equipped. There is a huge garden. Very beautiful cottage, lots of room and very well equipped. Make sure to ask about activities i.e. hunting, boating etc if you want to do those things. If your dog is reactive to noise/other dogs/children etc maybe not for you as cottage is only separated from main house by a thin door and the gardens are not separate. A very lovely quiet setting with quite a large garden. I can see why other people have said about the bed being firm but, I found it to be quite comfortable as with the rest of the property. Also as others have said the kitchen could do with better cooking utensils, pots and pans and cutlery but we managed fairly well with what was there.
