The palette of greys and blues throughout creates a sense of comfort and calm, making it the ideal place to relax. Attention to detail throughout ensures it is practical as well as beautiful and the interiors are enhanced by the stunning panoramic views from every room.

At one end of the property is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with double doors leading out to the patio area. The surrounding countryside is the ideal place to get out for a walk or a cycle, whilst the River Tay is the longest Scottish river and is well-known for salmon fishing and other water sports such as kayaking and canoeing. This area of Scotland is also steeped in history which can be uncovered in a number of the local towns and cities.

The former capital of Scotland, Perth, is 15 miles away and has a treasure trove of parks, historic architecture, cobbled streets and museums to explore on the banks of the River Tay. Sitting on the Firth of Tay is Dundee (18.5 miles), which is not only a UNESCO City of Design, but is also home to the V&A Dundee, so it's a city full of culture, history and science as well as having the usual shops and restaurants. Famous university town St Andrews (20 miles), known as the 'home of golf' also has historic buildings, medieval streets and its Cathedral to visit, and of course golf courses.

Closer to the property, you can visit Lindores Abbey Distilleries, which some say is the home of Scottish whisky. If you prefer wildlife, the Scottish Deer Centre (7 miles) is home to deer and other wildlife once common in the Scottish countryside such as wolves, lynxes, wildcats and even a European brown bear.
