Detached bright and spacious bungalow set on a hillside with stunning views, enclosed garden, hot tub and sunken trampoline. Within easy reach of all local amenities and the beautiful Fife coast.

This stunning contemporary bungalow sits proudly on the hillside offering guests unbridled views of the beautiful Fife countryside. With floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, you cannot escape the panoramic vistas, whether you’re on the sofa, in bed or even in the bath. Its rural location makes it the ideal place for getting away from it all with friends/family, but you are only 2 miles from the village of Newburgh with its shops, cafes and pubs. Whatever outdoor activities you’re into, whether it be walking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, golf or wildlife spotting, there will be something for you nearby. Of an evening, you can bounce on the trampoline, stargaze from the hot tub or get out your binoculars and see what wildlife you can spot.

Immaculately presented, this stylish bungalow offers a contemporary, yet charming, home. The palette of greys and blues throughout creates a sense of comfort and calm, making it the ideal place to relax. Attention to detail throughout ensures it is practical as well as beautiful and the interiors are enhanced by the stunning panoramic views from every room.

At one end of the property is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with double doors leading out to the patio area. The high ceilings and large windows create a light and airy space and there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped allowing you to cater for everyone’s needs and there is a handy utility room for your muddy outdoor gear. Moving along the bright corridor, you will find two super king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (can be made up as twins on request at the point of booking) with yet more views through their floor-to-ceiling windows. Both bedrooms have pristine en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating, with one of them being a Jack and Jill-style that can be accessed from the hallway.

You can make the most of the enclosed outside space either on the trampoline, in the hot tub, with a BBQ, or taking it easy on the patio. There is plenty of off-road parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

  • Electric and oil central heating included
  • Ample private off-road parking
  • Wi-Fi included
  • 2 well behaved dogs welcome

The surrounding countryside is the ideal place to get out for a walk or a cycle, whilst the River Tay is the longest Scottish river and is well-known for salmon fishing and other water sports such as kayaking and canoeing. This area of Scotland is also steeped in history which can be uncovered in a number of the local towns and cities.

The former capital of Scotland, Perth, is 15 miles away and has a treasure trove of parks, historic architecture, cobbled streets and museums to explore on the banks of the River Tay. Sitting on the Firth of Tay is Dundee (18.5 miles), which is not only a UNESCO City of Design, but is also home to the V&A Dundee, so it's a city full of culture, history and science as well as having the usual shops and restaurants. Famous university town St Andrews (20 miles), known as the 'home of golf' also has historic buildings, medieval streets and its Cathedral to visit, and of course golf courses.

Closer to the property, you can visit Lindores Abbey Distilleries, which some say is the home of Scottish whisky. If you prefer wildlife, the Scottish Deer Centre (7 miles) is home to deer and other wildlife once common in the Scottish countryside such as wolves, lynxes, wildcats and even a European brown bear.
