The surrounding area has a beautiful coastline dotted with beaches along the Moray Firth, lovely walks through forest and woods up Craig Phadrig and stunning scenery around the spectacular Loch Ness.

Most of the rooms within this fantastic period townhouse are serene in soothing, pastel tones punctuated with feature walls in muted greens, greys and ochre, while warm wooden touches complement colourful soft furnishings creating a contemporary yet cosy home from home. Lovingly renovated with wooden floors and some quirky yet stylish features, this welcoming house is a delight to return to after a busy day.

Step inside to the spacious hall, the perfect place to store mucky boots and damp coats, leaving the outdoors behind you for some rest and relaxation indoors. The stylish, open-plan living space is the hub of the house and has lovely views over the garden. Perfect for gathering everyone together, cook up a storm in the kitchen and enjoy sociable mealtimes at the dining table before settling on the comfortable sofas for a movie night, glass of wine in hand and pup at your feet.

A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a hydro shower is on the ground floor, whilst the remaining three bedrooms are split over a further three floors. Serene in creams and pastel tones, there is a sense of space and light just perfect for a restful night’s sleep, waking in soft pretty decor to beautiful views. The bathrooms retain the same gentle character, with the bath perfect for a long soak after a long, active day. The variety of room make-ups caters for a range of parties, with the extra single bed in the king-size bedroom excellent for families.

Accessed from the hall, the fully enclosed garden is perfect for children and pups to potter about in safety. Sizzle up the BBQ on the large decked area and enjoy al fresco dining morning, noon and night. Start the day with a coffee and end it with some lazy evening star gazing, with a good local ale, a wee dram or a nice glass of wine. There is private off-road parking for two cars in front of the property with roadside parking and car parks also available, just a short stroll from the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The city boasts an excellent range of leisure and shopping facilities with a splendid Victorian market, Eastgate Centre and an array of independent shops, art galleries, friendly inns and quality restaurants, with a range of festivals taking place throughout the year to enjoy. Visit the city’s historic castle with its fantastic viewpoint, wonderful Botanic Gardens, Eden Court Theatre, and the music venue at the Ironworks. Take a cruise along world-famous Loch Ness (9 miles), or visit the great exhibition centre and the majestic Urquhart Castle (17 miles). Play a round at Inverness Golf Club (1 mile) and Kings Golf Club (2.5 miles), whilst kids will love the Aquadome (2.5 miles). Find glorious sandy beaches along the Moray coast at Nairn (16 miles) and Findhorn (31 miles), whilst Rosemarkie Beach (17 miles) is on the Black Isle. Discover the hidden gem of a beach at Ardersier (10 miles) closer to home. Historians shouldn’t miss Culloden Battlefield (5.5 miles) and Clava Cairns (6 miles), a well-preserved Bronze Age Burial Site. Although this property is very nice especially the bedrooms some chances are desperately needed in the lounge seating area mismatched, dated and uncomfortable. Excellent location. The lovely, bright, spacious bedrooms are the best feature with some nice quirky touches (lighting). Comfortable, private decking area with an enclosed area ideal for a dog.
